Rich Henkels' "Workforce - The Pilot" takes us on a very realistic journey into the recession of 2007-2009, through the eyes of a beleaguered protagonist and the modern-day, blue-collar workers and managers under his employ. "Workforce" deftly balances the trials of everyday ‘real-life’ issues with a touch of humor. I was amazed at the high production value and creative direction. The acting and storyline grabbed my attention from start to finish. I highly recommend this powerful show narrative, and I am anxious to know what awaits in the more than a dozen subsequent episodes!
