Episode 1: You’re Hired. Congratulations, My Condolences
An unemployed general manager (Anthony Scolari) is hired and given nine months to gain profitability while facing a confrontational chief union steward (Mike Migliore), dysfunctional management team, and 500 employees whose jobs are in jeopardy.
Episode 2: Agent of Change
A union employee boldly challenges Local 33 on work issues, After Anthony meets with executive management who decide to cut wages and benefits, he faces a revolt from his non-union employees and management team when he delivers the news. Mike and Anthony strongly debate the issue of union work rules.
Episode 3: Concerted Protected Activity
Gaining advice from an outside consultant, nonunion employees stage a walkout in protest of wage cuts. Anthony makes a concession to Mike, the management team continues to doubt Anthony's competency, and the first wave of layoffs hit.
Episode 4: A Benefit for William Kite
Anthony interviews an HR Manager candidate and discloses his connection to a recent nonunion walkout. Sales Director Isabella Flores gives a list of complaints to CEO Larry Stephens and Finance Director Susan Dolman has a strong conversation with the managers. Mike is threatened by a laid off employee and a rare sign of company solidarity is displayed.
Episode 5: Workplace Violence
An HR manager is hired and a disgruntled laid off employee looks for revenge. Susan and Mike discuss the state of the company. Production Manager George Chambers pushes hard on accountability.
Episode 6: Welcome to the Jungle
The new HR Manager finds his first day on the job to be a well-rounded day of madness. Facilities Manager Bernie Fallstead is faced with challenges both at work and at home.
Episode 7: Dues and I Do’s
The HR Manager and Bernie struggle with marital woes, union employees attempt to stop paying dues, and a plan is hatched for unauthorized work. Interviews are underway to temporarily replace Claire Williams, and Susan meets her new boss.
Episode 8: Mid Terms
Bernie is suspended for a workplace accident and that's his good news; George is offered a parachute and Anthony & Susan go toe to toe with Executive Mgt.
